Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards due to printing errors, damage during shipping, or other issues on our part, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Return Eligibility

Returns or reprints may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Printing errors or defects caused by our equipment or processes
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
  • Incorrect order fulfillment due to our error
  • Quality issues that do not meet our stated standards

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders that were printed correctly according to your specifications
  • Rush orders that were completed as requested
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Orders where the error was due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Return Process

If you need to request a return or reprint:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Include photos showing the defect or issue, if applicable
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete your order as requested
  • If significant printing errors occurred on our part
  • If your order was cancelled before production began

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Reprint Policy

If your order requires a reprint due to our error:

  • We will produce a corrected version at no additional cost
  • Shipping for reprints will be handled by us
  • You may be asked to return the incorrect items if requested

Customer Errors

If an error in your order is due to:

  • Incorrect information provided during order placement
  • Design files with errors that were approved by you
  • Changes requested after production has begun

Additional charges may apply for reprints or corrections. We recommend carefully reviewing all order details and design proofs before confirming your order.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return items:

  • We will provide return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to our error
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
